About Dentelligence
With over 2 decades in the dental industry, I’ve built a career beyond the operatory at the intersection of clinical operations, leadership, and strategic partnerships. My growth didn’t happen traditionally. It came from visibility, relationships, and understanding the business side of dentistry. I’m a natural networker who knows how to build meaningful connections that create long-term opportunity, and I’ve learned how to position myself in rooms where decisions are made. I understand how to speak the language of both providers and partners, and how to translate that into real career movement.

Today, aside from my other roles my goal is to help clinicians strategically prepare for non-clinical transitions by teaching them how to approach conferences, networking and current clinical practice with intention, confidence, and a clear plan. I emphasize patience in the process; building financial stability by going all-in clinically while preparing for the next step. This also includes renewing appreciation for clinical practice because it strengthens long-term value.
